Service Policy – Garcia Auto Glass & Mobile Window Tint At Garcia Auto Glass & Mobile Window Tint, we pride ourselves on delivering professional, high-quality mobile service directly to your location. To ensure smooth operations, fair treatment, and consistent service, we’ve established the following policy: No Refunds – All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our mobile auto glass repair, replacement, and window tinting services, all sales are final. Once a service has been performed—whether it is a full windshield replacement, chip repair, or window tint installation—we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes: Auto glass repairs and replacements that were approved and completed on-site Window tint installations on any vehicle make or model Situations where the customer later changes their mind or requests modifications outside the original work order We strongly encourage all customers to review their requested services carefully prior to booking and during the pre-service inspection phase with our technician. No Deposits Required – Pay Upon Completion We do not require deposits to schedule an appointment. Our goal is to make the process simple and stress-free. However, payment is due in full upon completion of the service. Acceptable forms of payment include: Cash Debit/Credit Card (via mobile reader) Zelle or approved electronic payment Failure to provide payment upon completion may result in additional fees and collection actions. No Exceptions – Policy Applies to All Clients To ensure fairness and consistency, we do not make exceptions to this policy for any customer, job type, or circumstance. Our technicians work diligently to deliver top-tier results using high-quality materials, and we stand by the integrity of our labor. Window Tint Disclaimer All tint installations are performed by trained professionals using trusted materials. However, tint film takes time to fully cure—typically 3 to 5 days, depending on weather conditions. During this time, you may notice: Light hazing, moisture bubbles, or streaking (which will clear up on its own) Instructions to keep windows rolled up for at least 3 days post-installation If any concerns arise after the curing period, we welcome you to contact us for evaluation. However, no refunds or re-do’s will be issued unless there is a clear defect in materials or workmanship, as determined by our technician.
